Two blocks Lateri and Sironj

Girls participation in school activities and regular attendance are improved in both blocks. The dropout rate is also decreased by NPEGEL Programe.

"A study on achievement level of Madarsa teacher in Hindi."

 

Achievement content and grammar both were very low among Madarsa teachers. Competences in Hindi are developed among them after training.

"Estimate the job satisfaction among rural and urban teachers."

20 teachers

In comparison to session 04-05 the result of session 05-06 was in decreasing manner. The main reasons  are as follows –

Irregular attendance of students.
